Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up messes quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops that I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. auto vacuum cleaner picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as wires that were strung up.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combination with cutting-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It has a sleek app interface that includes a mini-map of your home and buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another standout feature is the S8's ability to adjust its cleaning mode based on the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with mopping pads that are damp.
It has a variety of other innovative features also, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop roller without needing you to manually refill it. With the built-in voice assistant on the S8 you can make use of voice commands to control the cleaning mode of your room and provide granular control using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mops that are also available at a lower cost than competitors.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to begin, which includes creating an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done that, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop with ease.
It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process may take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a couple of attempts before it can get an accurate image of your room. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, but it was stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it had to flip over to free itself. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubs. This means that floors are cleaned, not just being swept. The detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that enables you to get into places that robot vacuums can't.

The model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and some additional clever features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you modify various settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and put the debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from returning to the system. And its battery lifespan is long enough to handle large spaces without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop model that offers impressive features at affordable prices. It is equipped with an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets, and a great obstacle avoidance. It also boasts a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller dosed with water to pick dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It avoided the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. It was unable to handle fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also quite high, and it could be less of a set-and-forget model than some.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking technology that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin, wash and dry the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. You can control all of its functions using the Eufy app. It provides an easy overview and lots of configurability.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available on the market. It delivers amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with a reasonable accuracy. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and alter the cleaning preferences. The main roller brush of the Freo is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which could be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with intelligent carpet detectors that lift these pads up when they are close to soft surfaces in order to keep them from getting contaminated.
The docking station is an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for seven weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their bins of dust every time they need to be empty.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8 This robot does an excellent job at keeping my home office spotless and also tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to build an outline of your area and knows where to stay away from. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.
Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also alter the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to save time. It's a great choice for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the extra money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is an excellent option. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, and customizable settings via the app. It's extremely quiet, and it's able to navigate between furniture legs and socks with ease. It's not able to pick up knots in the rug and its battery drains quicker than other models we've test.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that provides an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming, but overall it did very well. It has a range of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power for light debris to the powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for those who live in small areas. auto vacuum is very silent and fast and it is able to navigate tight spaces well. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has decent suction power and can be configured to take photos of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they are not removed in future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and are not tied to your account.
It does a great job of vaccuming, however it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
