Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos
Robot vacuums and mops are increasingly capable, acing our tests of cleaning and tackling a variety of floor types. Look for models that allow you to select from a variety of modes, and use their charging docks to automatically empty and clean up the stairs.
Many of the best models are compatible with your smartphone. Look for an application that lets you save maps, schedules and select cleaning modes.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive mop and robot vacuum combos available. It uses lidar to navigate, and create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean app that lets you set up schedules and modify the behavior of the S1.
When I tested the S1 It was quick to locate our downstairs, which has linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, along with carpeting of medium-pile as well as a large area rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even across raised thresholds without issue. However it had some issues getting down the stairs in one pass. The S1 performed admirably in cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it reached carpets or carpets.
The docking station of the S1 automatically empties its trash bin and replenishes its water tank on board with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water to ensure deep cleaning. The S1's water tank can hold enough for about twelve cleaning sessions before needing to be empty, but this will vary depending the amount you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like other 2-in-1 robots. To do this, you'll need to wash the water tank that is dirty regularly to prevent it from clogging. Also, you'll need to clean your sensor and swivel wheel frequently to avoid them becoming clogged up with dirt or dust. But, overall, the S1 is easy to maintain, especially compared to other models that require more hands-on maintenance.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs All-in-one robotic vacuum and mop is an effective solution to your cleaning needs. Its robot vacuum has 8,700Pa suction power and comes with many innovative features including voice control and smart path planning that cleans furniture and avoids obstacles. Its mopping ability is impressive. Rotating mop heads actually lift the floor and scrub it instead of just dragging a pad across the surface. Mops can also be cleaned and dried at the base station, if required.
The robot is simple to setup and use, with a clear interface that walks you through the process. It comes with an electric hand vacuum that can be recharged to reach those areas the robot can't reach as well as two water tanks that are automatically emptied and replenished as required. It also comes with a variety of useful settings for fine-tuning your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does well at vacuuming, with strong suction that easily removes most of the debris, and even smaller bits of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation capabilities are pretty robust, however it can sometimes get caught up on the small carpets or area mats that I have in my house (which is something you can control by creating a virtual border within the application). The mopping capabilities are quite impressive, and comes with two spinning mop pads that actually lift and scrub floors instead of just dragging the pad over it. The mops can be cleaned with heated water, and dried in the basestation as needed. Mops are also refilled from the top of the base station as needed.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their latest flagship model comes with even more impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results and is simple to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our list of the best robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection and a larger side brush will ensure an effective, customized cleaning is completed.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests well by avoiding pet hairs as well as other mess. The sweeping performance is augmented by an additional side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that can be placed alongside baseboards.
Its navigation is smart that can navigate narrow spaces and climbing the stairs without a hitch. It can easily move from one room to another without changing direction, which is a handy feature for homes with many rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than other models however, and tends to leave a wide space around obstacles, which can result in missed spots.
Its app has a streamlined user interface that is designed to be easy to use for both new and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleanings. You can also alter suction power, mop setting, and view 3-D and 2D maps. It can be controlled via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can even remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. But, you'll need a stable Wi-Fi connection in order to operate it via the app as well as external controls.

Robot vacuums are excellent at removing dirt and debris but they aren't able to reach every speck of dust. best budget robot vacuum is important to clean frequently, every week. The Q5 is an unadorned version of the company's more pricier S-series models, including the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It has a similar LIDAR mapping sensor, but saves on price by eliminating mopping functions and using a cheaper plastic body.
The Q5 is one of the most powerful mopping and vacuums we've seen in this price range, even though it's not equipped to clean your floors. It has a strong suction of 5500Pa, and an automatic empty system that means you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. Its mops are also impressive with its 2700Pa power that can tackle dirt and pet hair on carpets and hard floors. The Q5 is among the few robots we tested that didn't have any issues with high-pile carpets or area rug, but it was unable to remove kitty litter or cable tangles and cable tangles, which isn't a surprise considering it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robovacs we've tested. It also has a unique method to map your home this allows it to get into the corners and tight spaces that other vacuums can't reach. The robot is able to detect carpets, and increase suction when needed. You can also mark areas you would like the robot to avoid using the app.
